Recent tenancy fitout HVAC project works at Coinvest head office. Our role on this project included the review of the existing base building systems during early architectural concept phase, advising on construct-ability options and redesigning the existing HVAC system to accommodate for the architectural fitout design aspirations.

Contemporary clean, yet warm and inviting architecture conceals the careful redesign and layout of mechanical services layers to provide comfort conditions to Coinvests new foyer / entry.
