Managing Director

As the well-known and respected founder of AC Hall Airconditioning, Alex is the public face of the business. As a past president and current executive board member of the AMCA, he's highly skilled and educated across all facets of the air conditioning industry where he remains up to date with legislation and requirements. Alex is a qualified refrigeration mechanic, holds an electrical D licence, is a licensed plumber and has a number of memberships and endorsements with the Australian Refrigeration Council (ARC) as well as the Australian Institute of Refrigeration, Airconditioning and Heating (AIRAH). He prides himself on providing a personal, high level of customer service and establishing long-lasting relationships with his valued clients. Alex is also committed to future proofing and contributing back to the industry, by hiring apprentices, offering work experience and other training opportunities for staff and engaging young people.

 

Mark Carter

Service Manager

As the current service Manager at AC Hall Air Conditioning and Mechanical he offers 20+ years of experience. He is highly skilled & educated across all facets of the industry.  Mark  is a qualified refrigeration mechanic, holds an electrical D licence, and is a member of the Plumbing Industry Commission.

He prides himself on providing a personal, high level of customer service and establishing long-lasting relationships with his valued clients.  Mark  is also committed to contributing back to the industry, by industry engagement through AMCA and Tafe, by hiring apprentices and providing other training opportunities for staff and engagement of young people.

 

Nabil Abdulbaki

Mechanical Engineer

Nabil has more than 15 years’ experience within building services engineering with broad exposure to a myriad of industry sectors including aged care, industrial, education, commercial, precinct/mixed use, performing arts and has previously, successfully led building services teams for several high profile projects including Dubai Pearl, AXA Centre, Hilton Hotel South Wharf, The Monash University Alexander Theatre Redevelopment and several aged care projects.

Nabils role at ACHALL includes: Operational assistance, Engineering, Project Management, Assisting installation and service teams with engineering related inputs, Project budgets / costing, design documentation and reporting.

Nabils has spent most of his career working as a consulting engineer.  

His strong engineering capabilities, bolster AC Halls D&C capabilities whilst also supporting AC Halls strong service and maintenance arm, positioning AC Hall strongly in the service and D&C market.

 

Glenn Dwyer

Service Controller

Glenn closely with Erik in mentoring and managing a team of service technicians, to ensure works are completed to a high quality, in a timely manner.  Glenns high attention to detail and knowledge are key strengths in helping AC Hall deliver superior customer service.

 

Erik Keegel

Service Supervisor

We pride ourselves on our superior customer service levels, and Mark, Erik and Glenn team together to operate a successful service department. Erik's excellent communication skills ensure that our customers' requirements are always handled efficiently and effectively.  He is in a leadership role involved in the ongoing training and development of staff. He is a qualified refrigeration mechanic, and is ARC licensed and endorsed. He holds an electrical D licence.

 

Thy Ha

Finance Administrator

Thy is responsible for managing all of the business's financial resources. She has a Bachelor of Computing, Certificate II in Office Administration and a major in finance/accounting, which means she possesses numerous skills to keep our office running successfully. An integral part of the team, Thy also assists in planning our long-term financial goals, budgets and investment activities.
